At ClinicHub, we take HIPAA compliance seriously. For our covered entity customers, we provide a standard Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that outlines our responsibilities as a business associate.
Key Provisions
- Permissible uses and disclosures of PHI
- Implementing appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure
- Reporting any use or disclosure not provided for by the BAA
- Ensuring that any agents or subcontractors agree to the same restrictions and conditions
- Making available PHI in accordance with HIPAA requirements
